Zandler Materials is not responsible for damages incurred to driveways, property, etc., once delivery driver leaves the state-maintained road. The customer hereby agrees to pay for all wrecker fees and to accept responsibility for damages to property and or vehicle.
Mulch Customers
Died Mulch Customers: Designer color mulch must be given adequate time to dry after product has been spread. 24-48 hours without rain, moisture, or irrigation is required to ensure the highest quality of our designer products. If this is not taken into consideration the color could bleed out.
Gravel Customers
Zandler Materials’ obligation is to only dump the materials in a singular location. Drivers may offer to spread gravel as a courtesy to the customer. We do not guarantee drivers will be willing to spread gravel. If a driver spreads gravel for a customer, Zandler Materials will not be held responsible for any damage, poor spreading, or gravel piles.
